VELORA TERMS OF USE

EFFECTIVE DATE: 01.04.2026

These Terms of Use are entered into between Serdar Ziya Akova and the natural or legal person using the Velora services provided by Serdar Ziya Akova.

Velora is an online software service that includes appointment management, client management, service definition, revenue and payment tracking, reporting, staff performance, inventory management, and certain integrations.

The user agrees, represents, and undertakes that they will:

• Ensure that information entered into the system is accurate, current, and lawful;
• Use Velora only for lawful purposes;
• Not create content, data, or transactions that infringe third-party rights;

Comply with the necessary legal obligations concerning data belonging to their clients.

The user is responsible for keeping account details and passwords confidential. Transactions performed through the account are deemed to have been performed by the user. If unauthorised use is suspected, the user must notify us immediately at iletisim@veloraappy.com.

Features offered through Velora may be updated, changed, developed, or removed over time. Serdar Ziya Akova reserves the right to develop, maintain, update, and make changes to the service and system.

The following uses are prohibited:

• Attempts to compromise system security;
• Unauthorised access to or copying of data;
• Uploading unlawful content;
• Spam, deceptive transactions, or creating false records;

Uploading third-party personal data to the system unlawfully.

Velora software, design, brand elements, content, and all intellectual-property rights belong to Serdar Ziya Akova. The user is granted only a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep Velora available and error-free. However, interruptions may occur due to internet infrastructure, third-party integrations, maintenance, or force majeure. Serdar Ziya Akova cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the user's commercial activities, including loss of profit, data loss, or business interruption.

User data is stored within the system. Where data export is made available, the user is responsible for taking any additional backups they consider necessary for their own business processes.

The service may be suspended or terminated in the event of unlawful use, conduct threatening system security, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes.
